Project Overview
B&T Scaffolding was hired to provide scaffolding for a large-scale residential development in Haringey, London. The London scaffolding project involved four blocks of newly constructed flats, requiring extensive and Progressive Scaffolding to accommodate the evolving building structure. This ambitious project demanded maximum precision and flexibility as the scaffolding layout evolved over the course of the three-month timeline and is currently ongoing.
Our professional London scaffolding team supplied and installed various scaffolding components, including hoists, bridge beams, access walkways, handrails and hacky stairs. Each element enhanced safety and accessibility across the worksite, supporting the efficient progression of the building works.
Project Size and Execution
Given the project’s scale, approximately 20 lorry loads of scaffolding equipment were delivered and assembled on-site. This substantial volume of equipment highlights the work’s scale, making this one of the largest residential scaffolding projects our team has managed in recent months.
The scaffolding was erected with progressive adjustments, following a lift structure of 1.5 to 3 metres to facilitate different construction phases. Over the past three months, our team has been on-site multiple times weekly to monitor, adapt and expand the scaffolding setup as the construction requirements evolved.

Safety and Compliance
