Our B&T scaffolders completed the refurbishment project of a 3-storey mansion house in Theydon Bois, Essex.
During the early stages of this project, it was clear that access would be an issue. The mansion house was located in narrow Essex country lanes, which made access extremely difficult for our scaffolders to deliver and construct. The B&T scaffolding team fully designed the internal and external scaffolding to the clients brief and specifications. The project was completed using heavy duty scaffolding. Our Essex scaffolders fully erected the scaffold within 3 weeks – on time and on budget.
A temporary roof scaffold and loading bay were included within the project. Our professional scaffolders also utilised 750mm scaffold beams.
The project also included chimney stack access (Chimney Scaffold) with bridge beam scaffold for improved access. The B&T scaffolding team ensured that the clients requirements would be met in a safe and timely manner.
